What's Included?

When booking with The Corry House, your wedding venue rental includes...

Access to the property grounds, barn, main house, and carriage house

Overnight accommodation for approx. 16 people in the main house and carriage house. The cabins/glamping tents are NOT included. Click here for more info on booking those!

Use of our tables and chairs! This includes sixteen 60-inch round tables, twelve 6-ft rectangle tables, ten 8-ft rectangle tables, two 4-ft rectangle tables, and 175 chairs. Also a wooden farmhouse style table, two wooden x-back chairs, and coolers for your drinks!

Unlimited field parking

Use of any vendor of your choice

Set-up and break-down of tables and chairs

Trash disposal + clean-up

Use of two on-site kitchens (please note that these are residential kitchens and not catering kitchens; keep this in mind when planning meal preparation)

Two CH staff members on-site throughout your wedding day (we'll be handling duties like trash disposal, restroom maintenance, etc.)

The Fine Print

A $1,000 deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your event date. There are two payment options:

Option 1: Pay via cash, check, or venmo. Your deposit is partially refunded. We keep $400 as the cleaning fee and return $600 as long as there are no damages. That being said, Your deposit does NOT count towards the total venue payment.
Option 2: Pay via credit card with a 3% fee. Your deposit DOES count towards the total venue payment and the $400 cleaning fee is charged separately. We will notify, discuss, and potentially charge you if damages occur.

We charge a $400 facility cleaning fee for all events. This can be taken from your deposit or charged separately.

We offer a $250 discount for local couples from the following counties: Greene, Hancock, Morgan, Oglethorpe, Putnam,Taliaferro, and Wilkes. We also offer a $250 discount for rental fees paid fully in cash. These two discounts cannot be combined.

Hourly rates are available for smaller events such as bridal showers, birthday parties, and family reunions.

Hi y’all! We’re Alexis (right) and Becca (left) — wives, wedding lovers, and the ones lucky enough to live at and run The Corry House.

I (Becca) actually grew up here, so when we say that we treat this place like our home, we really mean it! In 2021, we officially moved back to take the business over from my parents, and we’ve been hosting celebrations ever since.

Whether we’re cutting grass, giving tours, directing guests, or breaking down tables to open up the dance floor, we’re all in. We care deeply about this place and the people who gather here. We’re so glad you found us!
