What's Included?
When booking your wedding with
The Corry House, your rental includes...
Access to the property grounds, barn, main house, and carriage house
Overnight accommodation for eighteen people in the main house and carriage house (the cabins are NOT included, click here for cabin info)
Use of The Corry House's tables and chairs (includes sixteen 60-inch round tables, twelve 6-ft rectangle tables, ten 8-ft rectangle tables, two 4-ft rectangle tables, and 175 chairs)
Unlimited field parking
Use of any vendor of your choice
Set-up and break-down of tables and chairs
Trash disposal + clean-up
Use of two on-site kitchens (please note that these are residential kitchens and not catering kitchens; keep this in mind when planning meal preparation)
Guaranteed two-hour rehearsal time during the week before your wedding (can be held the night before your wedding if you book that night with us)
Two CH staff members on-site throughout your event (responsible for trash disposal and restroom maintenance)

A $1000 partially-refundable deposit and signed contract is required to reserve your event dates (a $350 cleaning fee is taken out of your deposit)
We charge a $350 facility cleaning fee for all events (taken out of your deposit)
We offer a $250 discount on full weekend weddings for local couples from the following counties: Greene, Morgan, Oglethorpe, Putnam, Taliaferro, and Wilkes
Hourly rates are available for smaller events such as bridal showers, birthday parties, and family reunions

Not getting married? The Corry House is happy to host any kind of event! Celebrate an anniversary under the live oaks or exercise your team-building skills on our hiking trails. We have even hosted proms inside the barn! One of the best things about The Corry House is our flexibility and ability to customize to fit your event.
